How to Join?

Membership valid for one (1) Calendar year. Dues will be pro-rated accordingly. Allied Membership Dues  are current at the time of publication and subject to change without notice. The processing fee of $75 applies to NEW applicants only. Membership dues are subject to change without notice. Review how to fill in the Allied Membership form below:

STEP ONE

Apply for membership using our online application service, which is accessible here. Select your appropriate category, complete and submit the online form. On submitting the form, you will be asked to make a payment using CTO’s secure Paypal account.

If you prefer to pay offline, you may click here to download the Allied Form.  Complete the application form on your computer and email, along with payment details to [email protected]. You may prefer to download the application form, print and complete it offline. If so, please scan the completed form and email to [email protected].

STEP TWO

Email your company logo in .eps or .jpeg format to ([email protected]). If you have any questions about your category of membership, email [email protected]
