You agree that you will not upload, post or transmit to, or distribute, or otherwise publish through the Web Site any content which: (i) restricts or inhibits any other user from using and enjoying the Web Site; (ii) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, pornographic, profane, sexually explicit or indecent or is otherwise unacceptable to CTO; (iii) constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any law or governmental regulation; (iv) violates, or infringes upon the rights of third parties including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, rights of privacy or publicity or any other proprietary right; (v) contains a virus or other harmful or destructive elements.
Zero Tolerance for SpamCTO takes a no tolerance approach when dealing with spam and other types of UCE (unsolicited commercial e-mail). You agree that as site member, you will not engage in spamming other members of the site. Reports received about any sonecaribbean member engaging in this activity will be investigated and the offender removed from the site.
CTO defines spam as any type of unsolicited email used for any purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:
A. Using a non-existent return email address when sending commercial solicitations.
B. Mail-bombing (sending numerous messages to the same user).
C. Subscribing someone else to a mailing list without that person's permission.
D. Posting the same article to multiple newsgroups.
E. Using another network to send spam that relates in any way to CTO.
F. Sending bulk e-mail without providing a way for the receiver to unsubscribe.
If you have been spammed by one of our members, please report it to
abuse@caribtourism.com. In your message, please include a full copy of the spam message you received (with all mail headers) as well as the member's ID (or URL that was being promoted). Prompt action will be taken.
No Representation or Warranties by CTO - You agree that the Web Site, including all content, software, functions, materials and information made available on or accessed through the Web Site, is provided to you at your own risk for your personal non-commercial use and on an "as is, as available" basis.
Computer Viruses and Other Malicious Code - CTO assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from malicious code incurred on the Web Site on account of your access to, use of or browsing in the Web Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text or images from the Web Site. Malicious code includes, but is not limited to, computer viruses, Trojan horse programs, worm programs, and active web page content which includes but is not limited to ActiveX, Java, and JavaScript

Monitoring - CTO has no obligation to monitor the Web Site. However, you agree that CTO has the right to monitor the Web Site electronically from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the Web Site properly, or to protect itself or its customers. CTO will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private electronic-mail message unless required by law. CTO reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this Agreement.
