The Ball, an elegant black-tie affair, features the very best in Caribbean food and entertainment. Visiting Celebrity Chefs participate in the preparation of the menu served at the Ball. Highlights of the event will be the presentation of Awards - the Lifetime Achievement Award, the Special Recognition Award and the Caribbean Diaspora. This event is held under the auspices of the CTO Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, and the cost of participation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
