The aim of the conference is to bring together tourism HR professionals from both the public and private sector, tourism educators/trainers, consultants to share strategies and best practices on areas and issues affecting the sector, to provide more technical information on certain aspects of tourism and tourism development, to enhance skills in certain areas, and to allow opportunities for professional networking.
