The Route

1. Understand the standard.  A business advisor will talk you through the certification programme to ensure you fully understand the purpose of the programme, what is involved and the benefits to your business.

2. Complete the self assessment.

3. Score.  If score above 60 move to step 6

4. Identify areas of improvement

5. Access HA advisor to implement improvements

6. Apply to the CTO for Assessment pack

7. CTO Assessor assessment

8. Certification achieved at 60% score

9. Comparisons

10. Re-new every 2 years
