Australia Awards Program
The Australian Government currently invests over $200 million each year in international scholarships which, at any time, support around 5,000 international students, researchers and professionals to study in Australia and for Australians to study, research and undertake professional development overseas.
The Australia Awards will bring together Australian scholarship programs run by the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science, Research and Tertiary Education (DIISRTE) and the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) under a single recognisable brand.
