CTO Latest Monthly Statistics
September 2023:
- For the January to July period, there was an increase in international visitor arrivals in all ten reporting destinations with growth ranging from 11.7% (Saint Lucia) to 146.5% (Montserrat).
- Overall, visitor arrivals from the United States increased in 20 out of the 21 reporting destinations but contracted in just one destination in 2023.
- Growth in tourist visits from Canada was recorded in all five destinations reporting data for the period January to August including strong performances in Curaçao (four-fold) and Antigua & Barbuda (118.1%).
- For the period January to August, three of the five reporting destinations recorded growth in visitor arrivals from Europe led by Trinidad & Tobago (61.8%) and trailed by Anguilla (57.7%) and St. Kitts & Nevis (40.0%).
