Amrita brings over 15 years of experience as a global HR executive in the luxury hospitality sector with companies such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and the Belmond Group. Amrita specializes in HR advisory services, organizational development,strategic planning, service standards design and implementation and general training and development for hospitality and tourism clients in the Caribbean region. She also teaches Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour for the School of Hospitality and Tourism at Ryerson University, Canada.
